Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gravimorph.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Shipping policy


We offer three modes of international shipping:

EMS (Express Mail Service) is our recommended shipping service for international orders, as it is the most secure.

DHL has collection centers near us and can deliver to many countries.

FedEx has collection centers near us and can deliver to many countries.

International orders are subject to customs, local duties and taxes. Payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees is the customer's responsibility. Please note that due to high incidences of fraud, we will ship internationally at our discretion. 



Domestic transport is delivered by Yamato Transport unless there is a special reason to do so. We recommend Yamato Transport because they offer the safest possible delivery at the right price.


Normally, we will ship within 3 business days of our shop after ordering. (Sundays and Saturdays and public holidays are closed days for shipping operations) Delivery time varies from country to country, but it can take 1-3 days within Japan, or by airmail outside of Japan.

It may take several days to ship the product due to the stock status of the product or the flood of orders. In addition, some products may be shipped on the same day.Please understand the above schedule as a guide only.
